Shipping Policy

Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. Once payment is confirmed, we usually prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours .
After shipment, delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days (depending on the province/territory and carrier). If unforeseen circumstances delay delivery, we will notify you by email with an update.


Q. What are the delivery charges?

  • Free shipping in Canada: Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or more (before taxes) , anywhere in Canada.

  • Flat rate in Canada: For orders under $100 (before taxes) , a flat shipping fee of $20 applies.

  • International orders (outside Canada):

    • Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.

    • Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer .

  • Local pickup option:
    You can also choose to pick up in person at the following address: 818 Broadway Ave, Saskatoon (GINETTE LUXURYCRAFTS) .

Q. Can I have an order delivered to multiple addresses?
A. An order can be shipped to only one address . For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Q. My delivery address is incorrect. How do I change it?

  • Before placing your order : you can update your address in your account (or during checkout).

  • After placing your order : write to us within 24 hours at contact@djende.ca Please provide your name , order number , and correct address . We will do our best to apply the change, but we cannot guarantee a change if the order is already in advanced processing or has been shipped.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and, where available, the tracking number .

Q. The tracking says “delivered”, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
A. Here are some useful checks:

  • Look for a delivery notice (mailbox/door).

  • Check the community mailbox (if applicable).

  • Take a look around the drop-off location: delivery drivers sometimes leave the package in a discreet and secure place.

  • Ask a member of the household/neighbor: someone may have received the package.

If the package remains untraceable, please write to us at contact@djende.ca with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
