Returns and exchanges

Q. Can I exchange or return my purchase?

At DJENDE , customer satisfaction is our priority. We do our best to offer you high-quality products, carefully selected and prepared. However, if a problem arises, here is our policy.

If you receive a product that you believe does not meet our standards , or that is defective and/or altered (broken seal, tampered product) , we can offer you a refund within 30 days of the date of your order.

For any inquiries, please contact our customer service department at contact@djende.ca including:

  • your name

  • your order number

  • Your email address

  • (optional) your phone number

  • photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Opened products — no returns, no exchanges

For reasons of hygiene, food safety and traceability, any opened product will not be returned, exchanged or refunded .

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged , if you receive the wrong product , or if an item is missing , contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

After the initial 30-day period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
If you have a question or concern about a DJENDE product, please write to us at contact@djende.ca — we will be happy to answer you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The easiest way to get another item is to return the unopened item (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order .

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the decision.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued as a DJENDE electronic gift card , redeemable at www.djende.ca
